I Like Bodean’s But …
Don’t get me wrong; I like BoDean’s (especially their wings). But they could learn a thing or twelve from world famous master of the pit, Big Bob Gibson. As I said in my last post, I’m tramping around the Southern United States in search of some down home cookin’. Tastiest I’ve had so far is from Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q in Decatur, Alabama. Best ribs I ever sank my teeth into! The pulled pork’s equally delicious.
London used to be home to the phenomenal Bubba’s Arkansas Café, an authentic BBQ joint inside Spitalfields Market. Sadly, it’s no longer there. I imagine there must be some other decent American style BBQ places in or around London. Anybody got some suggestions?
